The first step in the creation of the Constellation Stilettos is to cut out the sole plate in solid 18ct gold, then gradually bend it into the perfect stiletto profile.

The following step is to assemble and shape the famous Lilly Steymen heel-patented design that designer Christopher Shellis created from inspiration of shape of inner Steymens of a Lilly flower.

The final stage of the creation is to hand set 1,300 diamonds into the very structure of the shoe.
